People cant break blocks (Please Help)

So when new people join and they try and break blocks it says "You are not permitted to do this" They only way they can break blocks is being Op

Essentials has an anti-build function for the permissions setup. Make sure that everyone you want to be able to build has the "essentials.build" permission. If you send a copy of your config file, I can look it over.
