People cant do /spawn
So ive had my server up for a few days now and when someone comes in and tries to tp to spawn it wont let them. The admins and I can do it but Members cant. I was thinking it might be the plugin I got its called Group manager for ranks and stuff but no one above mod cant do /spawn, Is there like somewhere to set the permissions Ive looked everywhere and I still cant find this out please help.

From the information you gave me, it seems you never gave your members the permission node. Edit "globalgroups.yml" in your "GroupManager" folder and add "essentials.spawn" into the group's permissions.
