Hey guys, i need help on my server with a few things first off people can use /hat and /nick
And they dont even have the node! (they arent inherited either)
Also my delays fro /kit tools doesnt work
there is no delay what so ever and people can spam tools kit! its annoying!!!

Would help if you posted relevant configurations, such as permissions files or the essentials config.
Are you sure you're not giving them a special permission such as the .* ?
If not, make sure you go over the plugins you have installed and check their permissions.
