Ok so I use redstonehosting.net for my server and I need to find out how to use it. They use multicraft.com for FTP control panel. Btw there forums are no help

First, make sure you have Bukkit and a permissions plugin installed.
Then, make sure that it's compatible with whatever your control panel thing is.
Then, upload other various plugins that you want.
Then, set up classes with the permissions plugin (it should say how on the post for it). Make sure you set progression between classes correctly so that there's not multiple default classes and they go in the order you want.
Finally, add the permission nodes to the classes. Permissions nodes are in the format "plugin.command" but the node sometimes has abbreviations or not the exact command name, so check the post of the plugin that you want to use permissions with for the permission nodes.
