Permission Configuration Help Needed!

Hello all, I need some assistance with the permissions section. I have all the base essentials stuff done, but I do not know how to do the rest of the permissions when it comes to my other plugins. I would like to know if anyone is willing to put in the proper permissions based on the groups. There is a link down below for the base groups. If someone would be willing enough to take that and configure it properly based on the other plugins, that would be great. Thank you.
