Permissions

I have a server and I need help coding permissions. I pretty much know what I want, and sort of the names, although I'm not for sure on them YET. Try to use PermissionsEx. If you wish to talk through PMC, thats okay, but I prefer skype, so leave your skype name or skype me at Horned.Melon.
