Permissions

I am almost ready to release my server. I need an easy to use permissions plugin. I want for some players to get all abilities and for some to be limited. I also need one that can go by world. For example, my main world will block most players from editing anything, but in my survival world they can build. Let me know if you have a good plugin that works. Also if you can help me set it up. Thank you!
