Er, I use pex for my server too. Send me a list of your plugins, I might be able to fix it from there.
OOH I see why it's not working. Via console, do /pex user yourusername add permissions.*
If permissions.* doesn't work, do just plain old *.

I'm sorry, I know PEX is very buggy at times but 99% of the time it's not PEX, it is probably you. I would be glad to help you, send your PEX files at legoking0301@yahoo.com and I will fix it all up!
