After many tries of having a go at editing the permissions.yml I keep failing, I want to edit my permissions with notepad ++ but my server hoster, fragnet, does not allow me to download it, only edit it within my broser with something like Western European, whatever that is? Can I still edit my permissions.yml within this? If so can you take me through it step by step?
