Permissions Help

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to do permissions for my server I would just need donor classes I have an idea of ranks however I don't have time to execute it. My budget is five dollars.

what ever you are most familiar with, I was hoping you could recommend one that is the most compatible with my plugins as well as the ability to donate or vote online and earn ranks
