Permissions Help=Admin

Plz help me. I have a minecraft server ready made and all i need is permissions done a great help ive got all my plugins done. If u help me with permissions u get a reward with admin on my server ill be looking to do it on group manager. Plz tell me if u can i will say what plugins and what ranks and when u helped me out u can admin. Anybodys help who knows only if u know if u help and u dont know u dont get the reward
