Permissions help needed! [been trying for ages]
Okay on my server, all i have left too do is the permissions, but it just dont seem too get it :/ , i have tried many guides including Zaph's guide, But none of them have helped me clearly enough, So i am wondering if someone has a pre-made 1.1 permissions file that i could use and edit?

Okay, so i done it using World Manager, but i set the server up and type /manuadd and i get a internet error and whenever i type /help it comes up with something :null

I don't understand. Is the complete and thorough PermissionsEX official guide (https://github.com/t3hk0d3/PermissionsEx/wiki) not good enough?
Use group manager VERY easy to use
most plugins have there permissions on there home page

If you ask him to look through your permissions guide as well, he has helped loads of people fix minor mistakes.

Get PermissionsEX. After the initial setup, all of the permissions-giving and stuff is done from inside the game. Much easier than editing a bare permissions.yml file.
i've got that but most of it is empty xD, by any chance do you have a 1.1 permissions file laying around?, i will give credits too you when the server is open
