Hello I have been working on a server for a while, but I can't figure out permissions at all! I'm using permissions ex. If someone could make a permssions file for me it would be appreciated. You will also get to one of the highest ranks on the server. I'm going to have 3 tiers.
Player Tier: M.I.A, WarPrisoner,Prisoner,Free
Donor Tier: Donator, VIP, Spy,SF
Staff Tier: Moderator, Warden, Owner

I want the players to all have basic commands like tpa and money, the donors to double xp and thing, and staff to have moderation commands.


please pm me on here as i will get all the essential plugins too get the commands i would like please if you can help me that would be great.
