Permissions plugin problem!

I have just updated my permissionsex plugin. When restart my server I get an error:
Permissionsex support is not enabled.
Then when I go in game it won't work right and reverts to the default for all.
Anyfixes?

Post your permissions.yml setup, it is most likely a YML error.
