I am sorta new to making minecraft servers. I had one before but I wasn't too serious but now I am. I watched tons of videos about how to code a permissions.yml file and I kinda get it. But only 4 ranks work. Moderator, Admin, HeadAdmin, and Owner.
Member and Donator don't work. Here is the pastebin of my permissions.yml file.

I forgot to mention that inheritance doesn't seem to work so I just copied and pasted all commands from the previous ranks to the higher ones.
