How do I make it so people cannot use /pl to see my plugins? What do i need to put in my permissions.yml

i suggest getting a plugin called customplugins or something like that cant remeber the exact name, it allows you to set a custom message when people try to look, so you can put something like
"These are our plugins, please dont look " or something
Since there are dozens of ways to look at a servers plugins so its best to use this plugin

You need to give a group the permission "- -bukkit.command.plugins"
