PermissionsEx not working
Hello,
I have a minecraft bukkit server and I did like to get some permissions. Now I find a video and a plugin to do this and I did all the things in the video.
But I have a few problems:
1. In the video the permissionsEx package have 4 .jar files. In my package there are only 3 .jar files (permissions.jar is missing)
2. I made the permissions.YML file and then testet it on YAML perser, but when I am in my server on minecraft nothing changed. I have no prefix or suffix or a rank.
3. The commands like /pex group are not working. I get sorry you don't have enough permissions.
If somebody knows how I can fix this please hep me.

Well Dan good for you that you are permissionsEX "pro", but for the next time if you say to someone to help him, just do it and not what you did now please.
