PermissuionsEX error
my permissions wont work in game and when i type in /plugins my permissions show up red could some one please have a look at my permissions in the link and let me no why they wont work thanks very much.

its working now for some reason it just started working
I might have saw your error in you PermissionsEx , Instead of puting Head Admin put it HeadAdmin , there must not be spaces.
PermissionsEx might not be working for the latest version of minecraft , I am not entirely sure but you can try something like PermissionsEx , its name is EssentialsGroupManager , it works great as a permission plugin so you should try it out , don't forget to have EssentialsChat for it to be working!
