Well sense you seem to know what ur talking about do u know how to make it So if someone goes into a world they get a kit but when they leave that world the kit dissaperas

Add the names with the server turned off, or use the whitelist command in-game.
Give the default rank "essentials.build", or try removing essentialsantibuild/essentialsprotect

you can enable whitelisting in the server.properties file, and add allowed names to the whitelist.txt file. Alternatively, there are bukkit plugins that serve a similar function.
