PEX and Essentials

My server recently made the switch to PEX over from group manager. We also dropped EssentialsChat and went with PEX ChatManager. Our chat prefixes work, but the prefixes do not follow over to our LiveMap, nor do they show up in the /list. I was wondering if anyone knew how to change it back so we can get those prefixes back to LiveMap and /list.
