Pex double rank help

I've searched this topic and seen people having issue with double ranks, but I actually want to have this enabled and cannot figure out how.
I need to be able to have 2 ranks per player, so in-game it looks like this:
[rank] [donor/staff rank] playername:
how can I make chat look like this and have players have more than one rank with the following plugins:
permissionsex
essentials
I think that's all the plugins that will effect it, thanks!

Add the one prefix to the group they are in and the other one to the individual player.
