I am getting this error when i paste my pex permisisons
ERROR:

in "<unicode string>", line 49, column 5:

I dont know how to fix it, because I dont know what its telling me.
I know the problems are on line 46 and 49 but I dont see what the problem is!
Please help!

Usually, it's spacing or an error in the entered permission. Try not to paste into your permissions file. Typing it by hand is an easy way to avoid these kinds of errors.
