PEX glitch?

I was using PEX on my home hosted Spigot 1.8.8 Server, and added the Enjin plugin
Enjin could not connect. I disabled firewalls, antivirus and everything but to no avail, but when i was playing around and disabled PEX, Enjin got online! Anyone else had this problem before?

Are they trying to use the same port? One plugin may be blocking the others comms.
PEX doesn't use a port.
