I just honestly dont get how to use it.. iv tryed for ages like what to put into perms i just really need some help please

You will need to put in all the permission nodes - which are provided by different plugins you have installed- that you want a group to be able to have. Your question is kinda vague, if you have no idea what your doing i suggest watching some tutorials first. If you have any questions after getting started be sure to ask.
When doing permissions with PEX you tend use permission nodes. Each plugin comes with its own permission nodes that can be found on that plugin's bukkit page. Also if you don't use a program like McMyAdmin to manage groups and permissions I would suggest getting NotePad++ to easily configure your permissions.yml in your PEX folder. I had a lot of trouble with doing permissions as well because many little things can destroy your file such as an extra space or a apostrophe in the wrong place.
