Pex help
So i need some help with pex.
I use pex and i have some ranks set up. But, no-ops can't speak or build and i have no idea why, also with the ranks how do i change the colour of peoples names. Its either white for non ops and red for ops but i can't change the colour.
If someone could help i would be grateful.

make sure u have modifiyworld.* and make sure you make the owner rank have '*'

The only plugin i can think of that might be conflicting is Essentials.
