I'm running a Survival Games server for people to play on but no one can talk unless they are OP. I think it is a problem with chat manager but i'v enabled it. I'v also added chatmanager.* to the permission. All help is highly appreciated! Note: Im not a noob im just use to Group Manager but Survival Games doesen't support it

You need the permission node:
- modifyworld.chat
So players can chat without having operator/admin rank.
- modifyworld.chat
So players can chat without having operator/admin rank.
Not unless he's running a plugin that Is handling chat (chatmanager)
If you could post your permissions config here I could take a look at it for you.
