I am running pex (PermissionsEx) on my server, and for somereason, only the member and owner groups work! The mod/admin ranks only give the player the prefix, but still only member permissions. Here is my permissions.yml file:

A person helped me solve this, no longer ned help!
Do you have a server i can join and look? and is it something you have to rankup with? What Kind of server? (prison,faction,pvp)?

The way of ranking up is to have a staff app accepted or donate (going to add donation ranks once i fix mod/admin) It is a towny pvp, skygrid and creative server.
