PEX Multi world permissions buggy?

Hello, I am currently having problems with my permisssions using pex, as in some worlds players cannot even do /help, while in others permissions work just fine. Here is the link to them:

Problem: You have it organized wrong.
You need to put the prefix on the bottom.
This is mine:

- essentials.warp

- essentials.balance

- essentials.signs.use.free
- essentials.signs.use.buy
- essentials.signs.use.sell
