Please post plugin data in pastebin, as it is far less convenient to troubleshoot when plopped out in this form.
it says its a valid yml i think a plugin is messing with pex
basically what happens is pex delets all of my permissions can you chack through and make sure its correct bc i think thats why i have essentialsxchat and essentials

When edits get deleted and your file gets reset this is almost every time caused by not applying a proper YAML syntax, follow the link for a good impression. So make sure you have your nodes indented, stuff like that.
A very good way to check if your formatting is correct is the YAMLLint website, just paste your configuration file and see what it tells you. If it complaints then you can rest assured that PEX also won't like it.

It is not uncommon for prefixes or colors not to show, that's not something PEX does but instead should be handled by other plugins.
