what chat plugins do you have i have: essentials chat nChat modify world and this thing caled chadmin, shopuld i remove any of them?

Added the admin group, they have all permissions, change if you want. (Doesn't seems like the admin group exist).

To get it work with PEX type your permissions like this

groupname: <--- type in your group name (Admin, Member)
prefix: '&4' <--- Prefix defines things before your name. Just use the number code for what color you want
suffix: '&7' <--- Suffix defines things after your name. This will return the text after your name to grey

PEX is broken and discontinued. I'm afraid all servers with PEX are broken. In order to fix this get a bridge and transfer from PEX to groupmanager.

Well, I think I explained it a little bit wrong, the #'s under the group-format shouldn't be removed, it's just to put them back.

in that box i removed all of the #'s and they still dont work any advice?
Exactly, have also seen that there's some errors in the permissions prefix:
prefix: '&0(&aBuilder&0)&7 '
You just wanna put in:
prefix: &a
That will say just the color code.

Oh, I'm using EssentialsChat for that, I see that you have the other Essentials plugins, so that shouldn't be too much to install.
And also, check the essentials config under EssentialsChat and remove the #. Should look like this: format: '&7[{GROUP}]&f {DISPLAYNAME}&7:&f {MESSAGE}'
Make sure so you also have set the color prefixes in PEX.

the prefix's dont show up. look Lt_Ace: PMC HELP! it should be like in the admin colours.
