PEX won't start

^ That's what I get and I know the permissions are okay because they work on a server hosted on my laptop but this is on a host, I don't know if I have to enable it in the config files or something else,

On the hosted server, if you are using a admin panel like MCMyAdmin, make sure you change your permission manager to PEX. If this is not set as PEX it won't load correctly.
It says valid yaml and it STILL won't start,
if your running 1.8 pex and a 1.8 server
try using 1.7.9 pex
it fixed all the issues and turned green when i did /plugins

So nothing changed between the host and the laptop? Did you run it through a .yml checker to be sure? http://www.yamllint.com/
