Every once in a while I get an error in my servers console.
Error
[13:28] [Netty Server IO #2/WARN]: An exceptionCaught() event was fired, and it reached at the tail of the pipeline. It usually means the last handler in the pipeline did not handle the exception.
java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException

If anyone could helpit would be nice. Tell me if you need any more information

It might be when websites ping my server. I also notice random "Timed out" kicks although that just might be worldedit lag

Oh, I thought you had those.

Some server owners had similar issue to yours and it was due to their website using php query to display total online players on their bungeecord.

By any chance, are you running PHP Query + bungeecord??

I dont use BungeeCord and I dont know what PHP Query is.
Maybe it happens when PMC pings the server. ITs hosted on DemonVPS so I dont know if they use any stuff other than the plugins

Run buildtools.jar and recompile a new spigot build. That should fix it.

that means that the connection was cut out, it might be your host.

Is that really true? It happens when everyone is offline AND when people are connected? Please elaborate on which connection is lost (Is it a player, an updating plugin, How can i find this source?)

when the connection of a player gets cut out it spams you with that error, at least that is how it was with me i changed hosts and i think it didn't happen anymore.
