Pixelmon 1.8 forge server How to add plugins?

I am running a pixelmon 4.0.6 server on minecraft 1.8, it uses forge to run and I want to add buycraft, the problem is there is no plugin folder or anything, the hosts are multicraft. If anyone knows how to add Buycraft to the server please explain.
