Pixelmon help

I need help creating a pixelmon server, I have pixlemon mod added to my minecraft and forge, I have the basic minecraft server setup and have portforwarding done, I just need instructions on how to install it to the server as I'm used to bukkit and not this method... plz help soon ;P

good news, through sheer determination I just managed to get it working all alone XD now I have a different question, anyone know if it is possible to stop pokemon in certain areas? my house was swarming with pokemon can they spawn on all blocks are just some?

PLEASE HELP! I have followed 2 separate guides and they are not helpful, I have been on some servers and they have pixlemon so I know it works :'(
