Since 3.0 came out;
• Players are not able to craft items such as Pokeballs
• When legendary's spawn, it will spawn 30 Rayquazas in one go
• Users are able to go through walls with Pokemon by flying through them
If anyone knows the solution to these problems please let me know

I suggest you report these issues to the creators of the mod, rather then here.
These types of things, if reported, can be fixed in the next mod update
