Pixelmon Server!

Hey! I really want to create my own Pixelmon Adventure server. But the thing is that I'm not sure where to start. I currently have a Minecraft 1.7.2 Bukkit server and I want to convert that to Pixelmon (Note I use Beastnode to run this server). Like what can I do to set things like areas where people want pull out there pixelmon. I'm expirenced with a lot of server management, please keep that in mind.
