Pixlemon and Plugin interference

Hello I seem to have a bit of a dilemma on my server I run a pixelmon server but I also use plugins on it to I do have MCPC+ so they can both work at the same time but it seems that one of my plugins are interfering with pixelmon spawning. Could you please look at my plugins and tell me if any one of those are known to affect pixelmon spawning.
