Placing Transparent Schematics
I would like to be able to place schematics as "ghost structures," (idk if there's a term for it) so that the blocks are translucent and also intangible so I can use it as a blueprint. I really like rebuilding things with different blocks, but I have issues with spatial awareness so i need blueprints. I play in Java 1.16.5, and I use Forge mods, so I can't use litematica as that's a canvas mod, or schematica since it doesn't support 1.16.5.
I found a tutorial for MCEdit and it looks like you just place the whole structure and it's autimatically placed and you don't get to rebuild it with a 3d blueprint like I thought. I just want to be able to rebuild all the wonderful trees on here with different blocks, mixing and matching trunks and leaves. I'm sorry if this is a stupid thing to want.
I don't know if this is the right forum, so please feel free to move this thread if there's a better place for it.
