Planetminecraft download count is wrong
Hello eveyone!
Since I joined planetminecraft ive seen a problem on all my maps. The count of the download is like almost half of the real number of downloads. Is this on purpose or is it like a code problem?

Pretty sure it's accurate lol.
Mediafire has downloads per click.
That means if someone clicked download twice in your file on mediafire, it counts as two downloads.
PMC only tracks how many people have clicked the download button. (to my knowledge)
Of course it's innacurate. It's two different websites not talking to each other.

Yea that actually makes sense lol my bad
How do you know the actual count then?
I put all my stuff on mediafire and the numbers are always way higher sometimes even double of what is on the page, but with time it catches up more but i think that some downloads clicks on the site dont get registered but idk tho
Maybe it needs time to update
