PlanetMinecraft Help

I've been on this website a long time but every time I get the experience points bar all the way I don't gain a level! I'm not sure if this is a glitch for me or if my computer screen won't let me see my levels if you can fix this for me I just want you to know I'm supposed to be level 3

Please help me if you know why!
