Player head enchantement
is there anyway we can make custom player heads that are able to be enchanted with the anvil with nbt tags or other means so that you can enchant any custom head you have in your world as if it were say a diamond helmet??

Already told him this but he doesn't listen :)
You can add enchantments to heads with the Essentials plugin.
