Player suffix plugin

Hey, I want a plugin that will allow my players to click a block, and they get a tag(suffix) for it, so if they beat a parkour, they could click a block and get a tag, and as they get tags, they can switch between all of their tags.
I've seen this on a server before, but i don't know what its called and they wont give away any of their plugins.

Hope someone knows what this is
