Players can't use multiverse portals?
When I'm opped, it works, but otherwise they don't. I don't know what permission to add so they can go through the portal, 'redstoneworld'.

Permissions are the answer.
the perms the perm for using a portal is: multiverse.portal.access.PORTALNAME
if you want them to be able to go through all portals just put the name as *
