Players Everywhere Glitch!

Hey guys! I just recently made a server, but whenever someone connects and dissconnects, their Player and their name still remains in the world. It is very annoying seeing ALL these players everywhere all over the spawn, and their bodies are still interactable. Is it a plugin problem? Help!

I've seen it happen due to lag before, but not with a lot of people.
I would guess it's some plugin problem, maybe the plugin doesn't disconnect the players...
