Please Help me!!!!

I need someone to make a rank plugin for me so i can put it straight onto my own server because i dont really have much experience with the Permissions, Groupmanager, ect. If you can make one for me that would be great i dont mind what the names are and il make you Co-Owner of my server, Thanks
