hi, is this your server? if not then you cant help it, maybe ask the server about it
If it is only on the one server, your issue may be better received if sent to the owners of the server/sent through whatever communication channels are outside of the server.
Try restarting the game, than if that doesn't work maybe it's the server or your connection. Thats my guess at least
