Please help !!! Deleted world in 1.7.10 windows 8!!!

Hello guys! this evening when i first posted this, i have been playing around in the versions of minecraft, you know switching versions to see what the old minecraft was like
,but then somehow i ended up with one of my worlds deleted. not all of them but the most precious world I've been working on for about a month! what a coincidence when the one world i love the most gets deleted !!! i currently have a windows 8 computer so all of the "right click and go to properties and then previous saves" thing all over youtube didn't help. if you guys have any suggestions please help with all your generosity! Just incase of your curiosity this precious world is my favorite soccer teams new stadium that they are building right now so i was basically building the prototype of it...

Where on earth did you find those videos?
I think they're referring to "Previous Versions", which is part of the whole Windows Restore/Backup stuff in Windows 7 and above.
That world better be super valuable if you were to go that far.
Well I mean if they haven't used their computer for much else besides minecraft in the time that the save's disappeared, it shouldn't cause too much of a problem

Give this a try.
If you deleted it without sending it to your recycle bin (shift + delete) then that could work depending on disc space remaining.

If you deleted it from the actual saves folder in Explorer, you can get it back from the Recycle Bin.
But if you deleted it from Minecraft's world list, you can't get it back.

Actuall I think it might still be in the recycle bin, wether it was deleted in minecraft or windows. Im not sure though... It could be different for windows 8, I think a lot of people still use windows 7.

Did you check your Minecraft folder and see if the world save is there?
