I have been posting and asking everyone I can think of for help and im sick of it.
The issue I have is that when youre in the survival world and go into the nether portal to the nether, you spawn in the nether with a cleared inventory, then when you go back to survival world with the portal the inventory is still cleared and the items are gone forever.
My plugins: deluxehub, perworldinventory, lobbyapi, extraworld.
These are the main plugins that run the server.
I have tried multiverse and all that but its not working good with 1.14.4 which is the version I want to keep

Hopefully 6_28's answer solves your problem. If not; make sure to mention your problem in the thread title. People aren't drawn to a thread that's titled "please help", since your issue could be literally anything. Try a title like "please help, inventories disappear when going to nether on server".
PerWorldInventory seems to be horribly bugged according to the Spigot page. You're going to have to find an alternative plugin for handling separate inventories for different worlds.
