Please Help!!! Logical issue! Save and Load plots for a Server!

Excuse Me, but I need a system for a minecraft server that when a redstone signal, or a player joins, a plot of land or area of land is loaded. Then, when the player leaves it saves there plot. Please Help! A Plugin, or command, or any logical ideas at all would be more than helpful.
