HI i need to know if there is a way to set permissions using permissions ex
to set permission for people for certain worlds? if so can u plz tell me how PLZ
EXAMPLE:
on minedave we have 2 creative worlds
and a "newbie" creative world so essentialy 3 creative world s
1 plot world
and 1 survival world
but we are thinking of bringing ina world for donators and i wanted to know if we could use permissions ex to make it so donators could maybe use worledit in ther donator world
PLZ TELL ME THAT THIS CAN BE DONE!

Go into the world files, you can set the permissions for them in there.

I suggest looking up the PermissionsEX FAQ guide to check if someone has already asked this, or (if they have a forum for help) posting on their forums. I can't be of much more use than that, I'm not a server guy ._.
